When he says to eat a rainbow it makes perfect sense after you listen to his explanation. This has to be one of our most inspirational shows and we thank Ezra Free, an organic gardener, for being a part of it as well. Joe Diaz now offers that option in Winter Park, Florida with his newly opened restaurant. However, Julie and Ginger want to know...does it really keep you feeling younger and why does it seem so damn expensive??

Ginger Puckett gives us the scoop on raw food guru, David Wolfe after meeting him over the weekend. We also begin to dive into the book, Peace Between the Sheets, but we get so involved in the conversation that we didn't even realize the microphone cut off! Whoops!

Also, we talk about the sugar addiction and name the TEN WORST DRINKS IN AMERICA based on calories and sugar. Speaking of which...Governor Christ is trying to take back the Everglades from US Sugar who have been destroying the sensitive ecosystem since 1931!

Finally! We are back, baby! We recap the Green Earth Expo that took place in May here in Orlando, Florida and hear what kind of trouble we go into at this event  . We have guest Matthew Johnson with us in the studio and he does a great job keeping up with us. Basically he is a guy we met at the expo and has become fairly involved in the protection of our environment.

I've learned one thing...when the girls from Global Green Alliance stop by, you know the show is going to be borderline raunchy. However, it's always full of great information and tips. In this show, we talk about those darn Truck Nutz getting banned from hanging on the ends of trucks in Florida. They may be offensive to some, but I've seen dogs with bigger balls that take the cake on offensive! Also, for the ladies...you should be more mindful about the femine products that may harm our environment, we give you alternatives to those plastic applicators.

Darn! We are having technical difficulties getting our full show up! Hopefully we will figure it out soon and post the full 55 minutes. In this show we rip Tripp Isenhour a new one! He is the PGA golfer that struck a red-shouldered hawk with a ball after he felt it was disturbing a taping of his show. The bird fell to the ground bleeding from its nostrils and eventually died. Also, India is having big problems with strays, but it is their solution that is disturbing. We also bring up a city that will be zero-carbon, zero-waste and automobile free!! You can probably guess that it's nowhere in the US!!

Another provocative show with The Health Chic, Wendimere Reilly! We discuss the undercover investigation of downed cows made public by the Humane Society of the United States. Unfortunately, cruel practices were recorded on a farm in California that shows cows no longer able to stand being dragged by chains and pushed by forklifts to pass USDA inspection. We also touch on how pharmaceutical drugs are effecting not only the environment, but each other...yikes!! No wonder we are all so hormonal!
